Plain Dead Throne is live
Dead Throne Core Edition is now on Kickstarter, and the campaign will run for 29 days. This is the second printing of the original 2018 game, but instead of having the market fitted into the box lid, it only comes with a simple insert. Minis and card trays are add-ons.
Returning backers can still pledge to get deluxe rulebooks, and metal coins. The creators reassure them that expansions suited to the first, deluxe edition will be launched in a future Kickstarter.
Dead Throne can be played in competitive, cooperative, and solo mode. It is an open world system, in which heroes can choose to pursue a specified objective, roam around the map following side quests or indulge the simple joy of killing creatures.
