Machina Arcana is live (Elder dei ex Machina)
Update: Machina Arcana has launched on Kickstarter and the campaign will run for 22 days. You may back just the new Core box or get the game plus two expansions. If you go all-in, you will receive the game, expansions, dice, sleeves, playmats, and two Codices of lore. If you already have Machina Arcana, check the 'Returning backers' section for details.

The 3rd edition of the 1-4 player cooperative adventure game Machina Arcana is launching on Kickstarter on September 22, along with the To Eternity expansion and the stretch goals from the previous KS campaign (in a box called From Beyond).
Machina Arcana takes place in a Lovecraftian steampunk universe where heroes fight monsters by rolling dice, and making use of equipment and traps found inside an underground complex. There are no significant rules changes between the 2nd and the 3rd edition, aside from a few paragraphs that have been rewritten for clarity. Campaign mode will be made available to all backers, old and new.
The new Guidebook, Manual and Player Aids will be free for owners of the 2nd edition to download. However, if a returning backer pledges for any of the new pledge tiers, they will receive the new Core box only for the price of the upgraded materials. If you do not wish to receive another Core box, you may just order the new expansion as an add-on.
