Three Cheers for our Baby
Three years! Who'd have thought our hobby website would last this long. Who'd thought the world would last this long, for that matter. Thankfully they're working on that. 👍
This year we really slowed down. And we still have some trouble finding a new rhythm to post in. We'll get there though. And it's fun hanging around with you all regardless. Let's see which posts you - the readers - enjoyed the most in the third year of Solitaire Times.
The Owl 🦉
Of course Athena's Watch Your Back posts are among the best-read on our website. We're a news website, and this is where she tells us what to expect on the crowdfunding platforms every week. A reader favourite last year was her post on the print and play Deckula. Another fun read is Hit and Miss.
The Bat 🦇
Zerbique tirelessly scours BoardGameGeek for new soloable games and writes about them in a very entertaining way in his Freshly Added posts. Another highlight of the year was Zerbique's Top 20 Solo Games 2021 part 1 and part 2.
The Monkey 🐒
I (JW) did not post an awful lot this year. I did play some games, as you can see in A Game a Day and Four Months Later. Also, I'm in charge of the silly posts (Almost as if nothing ever happened...).
Apart from these, our Essen preview was appreciated, so perhaps we should do one again this year.
So, thank you very much for sticking with us, and we hope that you'll join us for as long as we keep going...
I love this site. You guys make this a very special place to get game-related news as well as share experiences. There is a wonderful community here as well!
No better place to be JW! 😉
Brilliant content! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into the site. Much appreciated.
U B welcome for the stickin', JW. 🙂 Say, couldn't you have found a better lookin' monkey, or are you tryin' to tell us somethin'? 🤔/😄 Oh, yeah, thanks to all of ya for keepin' us interested and informed.
Sometime this year I figured out how to get notified about new posts on the site. Makes it much easier to keep up with things.
