Knight Tales is live (Knightly deeds)
Update: Knight Tales is live on Kickstarter, and the campaign will run for 22 days. The Squire pledge gets you the base game, and the Knight pledge adds the Last Stand expansion. If the game funds in the first 48 hours, all backers will receive the Kickstarter exclusive dragon boss for free.

Knight Tales is a 1-4 player tower defense game which can be played either cooperatively or semi-cooperatively or solo. It is launching on Kickstarter on February 25.
In Knight Tales, you play as a knight, sworn to protect a village from the hordes of evil that emerge from the woods. The game consists of three rounds, and each round has a day and a night phase. During the day, you purchase weapons and various items from the market. During the night, the fight with the monsters takes place. If the enemies break through the defenses of the village before the end of the third round, you lose the game.
Combat is resolved via dice rolls. Each monster has a number of attack dice and special abilities. Knights have their own dice, along with skills and equipment, and can spend wrath points to re-roll. When a knight is exhausted, they must return to the village to rest. If you take out all the monsters and the boss in time, you win the game.
