Rallyman: Dirt is live (Fast cars, dirty roads)

Update: Rallyman: Dirt is live on Kickstarter and the campaign will run for 20 days. You may pledge for a copy of the core box and two expansions (110% and Co-pilot pack), or for the game and all its expansions (yet to be revealed). The Gearhead tier gets you both Rallyman: Dirt and Rallyman GT.

In the solo mode, you try to race against the clock and beat your previous score every time you play.

Our preview post below was published on July 1.

Rallyman: Dirt is a 1-6 player roll-and-move racing game. This new edition by Holy Grail Games combines the original Rallyman (2009) with the Dirt expansion, and it will launch on Kickstarter on July 2.

The difference between Rallyman GT (Kickstarted by Holy Grail Games in 2018) and this iteration is that, instead of racing against other drivers to see who reaches the finish line first, Dirt is a race against time. The challenge is to find the best way to tackle obstacles like terrain, bumps and sharp corners, while completing each stage as fast as possible.

You will be rolling Gear, Brake and Coast dice to move on the tracks, and if you roll three Warning symbols at once, you lose control of the car and therefore lose time. Rallyman: Dirt comes with hexagonal tiles that you can put together in different configurations. Rules have not been made public yet, so we will learn details on the solo mode when the campaign goes live.
