Titans is a 1-4 player competitive area control miniatures game, set in a fantasy version of 17th century Europe. It is going to launch on Kickstarter on November 5.
You choose to play as one of the available nations: Sweden, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Ottoman Empire, and Russia. The spirit of each nation has risen to inspire the people to fight for supremacy. And it has woken up a dormant Titan to join the battles.
The gameplay works via a set of order cards that are laid face-up on the board for players to pick. These allow for unit recruitment and movement on the map. Aside from that, the strength of each faction is defined via dice rolls, support and army cards. At the end of each round, the players collect victory points for the areas they control. Whoever has the most points in the end, wins the game.
The solo player will go though a legacy-style campaign of chained historical scenarios. You may check the Kickstarter preview page for more information.
