This is a Victory Point game (1 Player) from several years ago. You're the director of the Department of Plague Control in NYC. You make decisions about what parts of the virus to study, which personnel to hire, and what equipment to purchase. Budgets constraints need to be considered, of course. Some of the scientists don't work well together, so there's that, too. I enjoy it, and have actually won (maybe). 🙂
