I still contemplate backing it - but in all honesty I can't afford it. I hope that one day, I may find it in retail. I would get it without much doubt then.
Yes, it does look like a fun game! I would probably grab it if the shipping fees weren't so dissuasive. I like dinos, and I like dice games. Here the goal is to fulfill the dinos requirements with dice before they wake up. Sounds fun.
However, I dread the solo mode a bit. It reminds me too much of Snapshot. This is also a game where you roll dice to collect animals (the mechanics are a bit different though). In the solo mode, you also face an "AI", that is, a deck that will collect stuff. Except I think it's very infuriating to play a luck-based game against a mechanistic AI that collects things with impeccable certainty and a perfect ease.
Anyway. I can't back it at this price (I think it would be 70-80€ to get it in Europe), but I'm glad that their campaign is successful. I'm still a backer for $1 as a token of support.
Actually I found it to be a great fix to refrain a bit from backing too much. That way "I'm in", and yet I didn't waste money on a game that will sleep in the basement.
